Lee is a self-taught artist whose passion for horses serves as her creative inspiration. It has resulted in a desire to explore the essential nature of the animal. Her work is focused on expressing the relationships between equine movement, mood and form in a contemporary aesthetic. Lee works primarily in graphite, charcoal and pencil on paper to create a link to the natural subject through the use of natural materials.
