Gallery Artist
Violette Clemente
Born in France, Violette lived most of her youth in tropical countries around the world before settling in Calgary in 1977. She paints in watercolours and acrylics. A spot of colour, the play of light and shadows are subjects that excite her and inspire her to paint. Violette also enjoys the challenge of experimenting with mixed-media and finding new ways to express what she sees and feels through art.
