Brian Hinton is the owner of Lakeview Bakeries based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  The bakery specialises in Gluten Free and special dietary baking.  Brian has been published worldwide and has appeared on CTV The Noonshow; City TV The Breakfast Show; CBC’s Calgary Eyeopener; and What’s Cooking TV.   Richard Cazeau of What’s Cooking TV recently called Brian a ‘baking genius’.  Brian’s recent projects include delicious new gluten free sweet and savoury pastries, improving the choices for those who cannot eat gluten.
