Elizabeth is a master of the art of ‘afternoon tea’. Her scones, sandwiches and little goodies are reputed to be as good as or even better than those the Empress hotel!

Afternoon tea is presided over by Elizabeth every Wednesday at the Agape Hospice. Patients and their friends and families are treated to a marvelous selection of her home-made items and she also does some private catering. Elizabeth won a grand prize from Canadian Living Magazine for her delicious recipe for Mocha Viennese Shortbread! Come and see Elizabeth at ‘High Tea’!
