Western Showcase Volunteers
Western Showcase is the second largest volunteer committee on Stampede Park with 200+ dedicated members. We are consistently in search of new volunteers that will bring new ideas and enthusiasm.
Western Showcase is located in Halls D & E of the BMO Centre and is an integral part of Western Oasis, a popular quiet destination in the midst of all the excitement during the Calgary Stampede.
Western Showcase is comprised of several sub-committees:

Most of these committees operate year round, involving monthly planning meetings and/or committee-specific tasks. The main “thrust” of committee activity occurs during the month before, the 10 days during and several days immediately following the Calgary Stampede.

Not sure if you want to be a Western Showcase Volunteer?
Why not take us for a “test run” and become an event volunteer during Stampede?
An event volunteer is an individual that provide additional support to the regular Western Showcase Committee members during the 10 days Calgary Stampede to ensure a pleasant and memorable experience for its guests.
As an event volunteer you will be required to do three, 3-hour volunteer shifts in any of the Western Showcase area(s) that interest you. Basic training will be provided prior to Stampede.
